Testimonials

“I recently accessed the BRC online course on Bumblebees written and presented by Dr Nikki Gammans. Nikki is a first-rate tutor and naturalist, who is a bumblebee expert and works with the Bumblebee Conservation Trust. The course covers all the UK bumblebee species in detail, including maps of where the bumblebees have been recorded and close-up footage video recordings of bumblebees in their preferred habitat. I thoroughly enjoyed learning through Nikki’s informative style of presentation, and I would recommend the course to anyone who is engaged in habitat creation and restoration for enhancing biodiversity. Nikki also provided excellent resources for further self-study, equipment suppliers for aiding bumblebee ID in the field, and opportunities for involvement in citizen science through BeeWalk monthly, PoMS and iRecord. I would absolutely give a 10/10 rating for this course.”
